Production
process
After
an accurate calibration, all PONSO products are packed
manually. Every piece is therefore assessed and classed
by the personnel in charge who, owing to their expertise
and experience, guarantee a higher qualitative standard.
Thanks to the shortest times of storage and processing,
the fruit keeps the same freshness and appearance as the
just picked ones.
Hereafter is a synthetic representation of the PONSO fruit processing
stages, from its picking up till the shipment to various
markets throughout Europe.
